WHY DID WE START MINDSHACK?
MindShack started as a passion project with the purpose of exploring unusual topics barely or not approached in the African society.
As young adults living in this 21st Century, we often feel that what we may be curious about or what may be discussed by other individuals is quite restricted in terms of perspectives. Hence by creating @Mind_shack_ it provided us a platform to have fun, carry out extensive research and share information as well as empower people of all ages across Africa and the world.
WHO IS THE PRIMARY TARGET AUDIENCE OF MINDSHACK?
Our primary target is young adults across Africa. However, MindShack also values that the episodes are for anyone of any age around the world that is ready to relax and have fun while handling the discussion of taboo topics.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR THE MERCH?
Payment can be done either through one of the co-founders using cash/JuicebyMCB or online through bonfire. In the case that you pay directly with the co-founders, you authorize MindShack to place the order for you on bonfire.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We sell gift cards on request only. Please contact our MindShack Team at mindshackmarketing@gmail.com for more information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges without Priority Return Authorization. Therefore, if you need to return your order for any reason, please contact our co-founders first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item, please follow instructions provided.
Please note that MindShack is only responsible for the merch design and other responsibilities (returns, cancellation, shipping and more ) are handled by our Merch Provider - BonFire. Also note that packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip will not be accepted, if return is possible. Also make sure to follow those product return requirements to be eligible for a return: Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt; The merchandise must be unworn and unwashed; Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully attached; Gift cards cannot be returned.
